What happens when I book a session?
When you buy this, you will get a link to schedule a time with me. You will see my availability and can pick a slot that works for you. If you have urgent or specific times you need, reach out and we will make it happen. I will send you a call prep form before our session to get some background and know your goals/needs.


Can we cover multiple topics in a session?
Yes, it is completely up to you. However, we ask you to prioritize your topics so that we get to the most important ones first.


Does reaching out for mentoring reflect badly on my own abilities?
Cultural norms and fear of judgement can lead to you feeling you should figure things out on their own and view asking for advice as a sign of weakness. Getting guidance is not about exposing gaps in your knowledge or experience. We tend to be bad at identifying our blind spots or acknowledging how we could be standing in our own way.

What are your qualifications?
I have a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science. I have worked in diverse environments from startups to FAANG: Visicu.Inc, Philips and Amazon over the last 20 years. I grew from a software developer to Director in Philips and to a Senior Manager, leading a cross functional org of 50+(TPM, Engineers, Managers, Product, BIE) in Amazon. In every role, I got promoted every 2-3 years and with excellent performance reviews.
I have mentored, hired and promoted multiple individuals into manager and principal TPM/Product roles in my teams. I led multi-level performance, interview and promotion panels and know all the criteria managers and interviewers assess.


Who are your current mentees?
I continue to mentor folks from Amazon, Meta, Philips, Expedia and various other companies. I like to focus on mid to senior levels in TPM, SDM , Manager and Senior Engineering or anyone who are looking to transition into those roles. I am specifically adept at helping women, non-binary, BIPOC and individuals who don't feel like they fit into a box.
